​​'Atmospheric river' triggers flood warnings in California

Evacuations are underway in parts of California, as the US state is once again pounded by rain and snow. The storm is part of what meteorologists call an atmospheric river - a current of warm, moist air moving east from the Pacific Ocean to the American mainland.
