Biden approves controversial oil project in Alaska

The US has approved a controversial oil-drilling plan in Alaska's petroleum-rich North Slope. The White House insists the project will create jobs and stimulate economic growth. Climate activists though call it a blatant breach of Biden's campaign promise to stop new oil-drilling projects on US territory. Rahul Radhakrishnan reports.
