COP27 under way in Egypt

The United Nations' COP27 Climate Summit is under way in Egypt's Sharm el Sheikh, with delegates from nearly 200 countries attending. This year's summit focuses on the loss and damage caused by climate-fuelled weather extremes, like rising sea levels and melting glaciers. Developing countries are insisting on a fund to combat the devastating impact of climate change. Andrew Hopkins reports.
