EU Summit: States convinced Russia behind UK poisoning

EU leaders in Brussels,, have wrapped-up their Spring summit. They issued a strongly worded statement over the Salisbury nerve agent attack,, indicating they ACCEPT British evidence that Russia,, was responsible.
