Korea Talks: Kim Jong-un suspends nuclear and missile tests

Kim Jong-un has ordered a halt to all of North Korea's missile testing and the closure of a nuclear test site. Kim made the announcement just days before he is due to meet South Korea's president. Seoul and Washington have welcomed the move - with the US President saying it's good news for the world. Philip Owira reports.
