Migrant Caravan: Hopeful migrants reach Mexican border city

A second migrant caravan is expected to the reach the Mexican border city of Tijuana on Tuesday. Around TWO THOUSAND men, women and children are preparing to leave Mexicali, about 150 kilometres away.
