Money Talks: Singapore rolls out electric car-sharing scheme

Singapore is rolling out its first large-scale electric car sharing service. French transport company Bollore and its Singaporean partner BlueSG say the scheme is the first of its kind in Southeast Asia. As Laila Humairah reports, they are hoping to rev up the region's demand for the service.
