NATO Summit: Germany, France reject Trump's budget demands

It's been another extraordinary day at the NATO summit in Brussels. US President Donald Trump caused confusion by once again demanding more spending from his allies. At an emergency session, Trump also threatened a US pull out. He then held a short notice news conference to say he had persuaded allies to pay more. Simon McGregor-Wood reports
