New Delhi plans to clean polluted air with filter towers

Local authorities in the Indian capital #NewDelhi have come up with a solution to solve the city's notoriously polluted air. Officials are now installing high towers which are designed to suck up the polluted air into filters then push it back out again. But scientists are highly skeptical about the project.
