Northern Iraq Referendum: Arabs and Turkmen dispute controversial vote

Three largely Kurdish areas in northern Iraq are preparing to vote on whether to have greater autonomy from Baghdad. But there's growing concern in the ethnically mixed city of Kirkuk.
