Refugee Crisis: EU leaders meeting on migration, asylum policy

EU leaders have gathered in Brussels for a summit that is being dominated by migration, and the future of German Chancellor Angela Merkel. Although migrant numbers are down, the issue continues to cause a political crisis within the Union. Leaders are trying to create new migration rules but there is little sign of a significant breakthrough. Simon McGregor-Wood has this report
