Run-off turnout of 11.3% one of lowest in Tunisia's history

Tunisia's electoral commission says just over 11 percent of voters turned out for the parliamentary run-off elections on Sunday. Opposition parties - including the largest Ennahda - boycotted the vote, calling it a charade by President Kais Saied. The first round held in December saw a similar, low turnout.
