Russian attack on central Ukraine mall kills at least 18 people

Western leaders have described the Russian missile attack on a central Ukrainian shopping centre as a war crime. Authorities say at least 18 people were killed and 59 injured in the bombing, but many more are still missing. The strike took place in the city of Kremenchuk, about 130 kilometres from Russian occupied territory.
