Russian missiles pummel Ukrainian cities

Russia took aim at the southern Ukrainian region of Kherson on Thursday, the very region it recently abandoned. Authorities say a rocket attack there killed at least four people and injured more. And now, the Belarusian president says his country will NOT join Russian troops in this war, after days of speculation that Minsk could send forces to assist its ally.
