Armenia continues to attack civilians despite ceasefire

Civilians in Azerbaijan continue to be the target of bombing by Armenia despite the humanitarian ceasefire. Armenia's latest attack in Azerbaijan's second-largest city, Ganja, killed nine and wounded dozens, including women and children.
