Diplomatic rift between India and Pakistan worsens

As the spat between India and Pakistan over mutual harrassment of each other's diplomatic staff worsens, Islamabad has called its envoy back for "consultations" and he might not be returning soon. The offences allegedly include tailing officials' cars, cutting off water and electricity supplies and ringing the doorbells of diplomatic staff at 3am.
