Infection rates rise in South Africa's poor communities

Since Monday, South Africa's economy has largely reopened, but the number of Covid-19 infections is still rising. Most cases are in the Western Cape region, and medical workers are in a race to trace and isolate new cases in the most vulnerable communities.
