Korea Talks: First inter-Korean basketball games in 15 years

South Korea acknowledges that ridding the Korean Peninsula of nuclear weapons could take years, or even a decade. To make sure progress toward peace with North Korea continues, Seoul is taking steps to entertain Koreans on both sides of the border, and endear them to one other.
