Mumbai Plastic Ban: People who ignore ban face fines or jail

Mumbai has become the largest Indian city to ban single-use plastics. People caught using plastic bags, cups or bottles could face fines up to 350 dollars and three months jail. Officials were dispatched across the city on Monday to start enforcing the ban. But as Ben Said reports, there's been some blowback. #mumbai #plasticban
