Roundtable: Does Kosovo have a future in the EU?

It's ten years since Kosovo declared independence from Serbia. Is it an anniversary worth celebrating? Kosovo's possible entry into the EU comes with conditions. Its independence must be accepted by Serbia and the two must resolve their differences. Is that possible? Or will what's been described as a frozen conflict, continue?
