Sri Lanka Marriage: No law against child marriages for Muslims

In Sri Lanka the marrying age for girls is 18, but for Muslims there is no minimum age under the law. Activists have long called for reform, arguing child marriage takes away a girl's right to childhood. But a report handed to the government in late January could pave the way for change.
