UK to send migrants back to Dunkirk in northern France

Hundreds of migrants packed into inflatable boats cross Britain each day from France. The immigration ministers of the two countries are meeting in Paris on Tuesday to discuss the issue including a UK plan to send migrants back across the English Channel to Dunkirk in northern France.
