US President Barack Obama has promised the people of Flint, Michigan that he 'has their back'. The city's water has been poisoned with lead since 2014, when the government switched to a cheaper supplier. Obama has pledged more aid to the city, but the mayor and the people of Flint say their safety has been sidelined because of their race.
