UN outs South Sudan military officials for war crimes

The UN says it’s identified more than 40 senior military officials who are responsible for crimes against humanity in South Sudan. But people are sceptical they’ll face justice any time soon. And there’s still no sign of the hybrid court promised under a 2015 peace deal that was meant to try war criminals. Christine Pirovolakis reports.
