What is China's goal in Africa

China is handing out billion dollar loans to fill a void in Africa's infrastructure deficit. From Angola to Zambia, there's hardly a country in the continent that doesn't boast Chinese investment. Last year alone, new Chinese projects in Africa were valued at more than $76 billion. But is Beijing a trustworthy partner? Sandra Gathmann reports.
