Hasan Muslim is a Syrian calligrapher who fled the war in Syria six years ago after his home in Aleppo was destroyed.

After coming to Turkey, he lived in a refugee camp for eight months before he settled in the eastern city of Malatya.

He now sells his pieces from his own gallery and is well known across Syria and Turkey.
