Martial arts are often thought of as being violent and rough - but at a camp on the Turkey-Syria border it has become a lifeline. 

Judo is being used to help Syrian refugee children recover from years of trauma, and it's proving so popular thousands are now taking part. 

TRT World's Kim Vinnell reports from the city of Kilis, on Turkey's border with Syria.
