Two Palestinians were killed and 13 others wounded on Sunday in an Israeli drone strike targeting a civilian vehicle in southern Gaza City, a medical source said.

The drone struck the vehicle in the Tel al-Hawa neighborhood, killing two people inside and wounding others nearby, the source said.

Witnesses reported that at least two missiles were fired at the vehicle.

Separately, Israeli forces shelled Palestinian homes northeast of the Bureij refugee camp in central Gaza, according to local sources.

Israeli fire reported across Gaza

Israeli military vehicles also opened heavy fire toward buildings and tents sheltering displaced Palestinians in southern Khan Younis, while Israeli warships fired toward the city’s coastline, witnesses said.

Gaza’s health ministry said Israeli violations of the ceasefire agreement, which took effect on October 10, 2025, had killed 1,369 Palestinians and wounded 4,627 others as of Saturday.

The ministry said Israel’s genocidal war on Gaza since October 2023 has killed more than 73,000 Palestinians and injured over 174,000, while causing widespread destruction across the besieged enclave.
