Seven Palestinians were wounded on Saturday in a series of attacks by illegal Israeli settlers and military forces across the occupied West Bank, while at least six others were arrested, according to local and official sources.
Three Palestinians were wounded in the town of Jalud, south of Nablus, and transferred to a nearby medical center for treatment, the Palestinian news agency WAFA reported.
In a separate incident in Jabal Jalis, east of Hebron, four Palestinians—including a 71-year-old woman—were injured during a settler assault.
Elsewhere, in Masafer Yatta south of Hebron, settlers reportedly released livestock onto Palestinian land and uprooted around 30 olive trees, damaging livelihoods in an already vulnerable rural area.
Residents also reported ongoing daily attacks in the village of Duma, southeast of Nablus.
Arrests and raids intensify
Israeli forces carried out multiple arrest operations across the occupied West Bank and East Jerusalem, detaining at least six Palestinians.
Two young men were arrested in the Sheikh Jarrah neighborhood of occupied East Jerusalem, while in Jenin, two others were detained in the village of Kafr Qud after home raids.
Additional incursions were reported in nearby towns, where Israeli forces raided homes but made no further arrests.
The incidents come amid a sharp rise in Israeli military aggression and illegal settler violence across the occupied West Bank and East Jerusalem, with Palestinians facing frequent raids, gunfire, and forced displacement pressures linked to settlement expansion.
According to Palestinian figures, since October 2023, at least 1,155 Palestinians have been killed, around 11,750 injured, and nearly 22,000 arrested in the occupied territories.
