Brazil beat Scotland 3-0 to win World Cup Group C, while Morocco secured second place with a 4-2 victory over Haiti.

Vinicius Junior scored twice on Wednesday for Brazil, before Matheus Cunha scored the third and last goal of the match at the 60^th minute.

The match also saw veteran striker Neymar make his long-awaited appearance in the 2026 World Cup, after struggling with a calf injury since before the tournament.

Scotland must wait to see whether they advance to the last 32 as one of the best third-placed teams.

Morocco vs Haiti

In the other group game, Morocco beat Haiti 4-2 to secure second place and advance to the knockout stage.

Haiti took the lead in the match twice, at the 10^th minute, following an own goal by goalkeeper Yassine Bounou, and then by Wilson Isidor at the 43rd minute.

Achraf Hakimi scored the equaliser of the first goal at the 30^th minute, while Ismael Saibari scored the second equaliser in the stoppage time of the first half.

In the second half, Soufiane Rahimi scored Morocco's leading goal at the 78^th minute, and Gessime Yassine scored the fourth and last goal at the 89^th minute.
