Israeli military attacks across Gaza have killed at least eight Palestinians, including a journalist, and wounded more than 15 others, hospital officials confirmed, in continued violations of the ceasefire agreement.
In Gaza City, an Israeli air strike targeted a vehicle in the Tal al-Hawa neighbourhood, killing five Palestinians and wounding several others, according to medical sources at Al-Shifa Medical Complex.
A separate Israeli air strike on a residential apartment in the vicinity of Al-Shifa Hospital killed a Palestinian woman.
In southern Gaza, Palestinian journalist Muhammad Abdel Aziz al-Najjar was killed alongside other casualties when an Israeli drone struck a gathering of civilians near Al-Awqaf Mosque in the Al-Mawasi area, north of Khan Younis.
Nasser Medical Complex confirmed al-Najjar's death, noting other wounded individuals remain under treatment.

Media casualties mount
Al-Najjar worked as a broadcaster for the Holy Quran Radio and served as the imam of Ibad al-Rahman Mosque, continuing his media duties whilst displaced from Khuza'a, east of Khan Younis.
His death follows that of his brother, Muhannad, who was killed earlier in the genocide.
The government media office in Gaza confirmed al-Najjar's death raised the total number of journalists and media workers killed since the genocidal war began to 263.
Across central and southern Gaza, Israeli drone strikes and gunfire injured six further citizens on Wednesday.
A drone strike on a displaced persons' tent near the Dream Palace Hall west of Khan Younis wounded four people, including two children.
In central Gaza, Israeli forces critically injured two citizens in the Abu al-Ajeen area southeast of Deir al-Balah, as tank fire heavily targeted southern Khan Younis.
Ceasefire violations have killed 1,431 Palestinians, injured 5,026, and seen 834 bodies recovered since October 2025.
Since October 2023, Israel's genocidal campaign has killed 74,032 Palestinians, injured 175,142, and destroyed 90 percent of civilian infrastructure.
