Mike Higgins, a blind, wheelchair-bound 62-year-old, was arrested again by London’s Metropolitan Police while protesting Britain’s ban on the activist group Palestine Action. Higgins had been previously detained on August 9 during an earlier demonstration against the group’s proscription.
