London's ultra-low emission zone expands citywide
As of today, an ultra low emission zone will cover the whole of Greater London. The controversial policy will see those driving non-compliant cars in the city pay a hefty fee. It's part of a quest to improve London's air quality, but many argue the burden on drivers is already too high. Shadia Edwards-Dashti has the story.
