Karabakh talks end without agreement
Peace talks that followed a ceasefire deal between Azerbaijan and Armenian separatists in Karabakh have ended without a final agreement. On Tuesday, Baku launched a military operation in the area, and 24 hours later, brought the region back under its control. A key demand of the deal is the total disarmament of illegal Armenian forces. Oubai Shahbandar reports from Baku.
