Russia's Orenburg orders mass evacuation due to dangerous floods
The water level continues to rise in Europe’s third-largest river. It has now reached a level last seen in 1942 almost 12 metres. It’s prompted widespread evacuations in Russia’s Orenburg region, in the southern Ural. Dasha Chernyshova sent us this report from the flood-ravaged city.
