ICJ orders Israel to stop Rafah assault, comply with genocide probe

In a groundbreaking decision, the International Court of Justice has ordered Israel to stop its offensive on Rafah. The UN's top court also says Israel must allow aid into Gaza, and also give unimpeded access for investigations into accusations of genocide. Obaida Hitto has more from The Hague.
