Five die and thousands flee homes in southern areas of country

In Germany, authorities say the death toll from torrential floods in the south has risen to at least five. Thousands have been forced to evacuate their homes. But as Oliver Whitfield-Miocic reports, Germany appears better prepared since the devastating floods two years ago which claimed the lives of nearly 200 people.
