President Putin visits ICC member country despite arrest warrant
On Monday Russia's President Vladimir Putin arrived in Mongolia, making it his first trip to an International Criminal Court member state since the court issued a warrant for his arrest last March. The two-day talks are expected to focus on enhancing the relations between the neighboring countries. Obaida Hitto has more.
