Govt building port worth $9.14B to boost regional trade

India has set its sights on building its biggest-ever port. The multi-billion dollar Vad-havan Port project was approved back in June, and Prime Minister Narendra Modi hopes it will expand trade with regional partners. Emre Boz has the story.
