Libya Rebuilding Efforts Stalled After Floods
It's been a year since deadly flash floods hit eastern Libya claiming the lives of around 4,000 people while wiping out several neighbourhoods. The ongoing instability in the conflict-hit, and politically divided, country continues to hamper rebuilding efforts. Meanwhile survivors of the disaster are still demanding accountability. Kubra Akkoc reports.
