US and UK leaders meet for talks on Ukraine support

The US and UK have delayed a decision to allow Ukraine to strike Russian targets across the border with long-range missiles supplied by the West. It follows talks between President Joe Biden and Prime Minister Keir Starmer aimed at ending the war in Ukraine. Craig Boswell reports from the White House.
