The US president says his government is advising Israel on how it will respond to Tuesday's missile attack by Iran, but no decision has yet been taken. Joe Biden also says he doesn't know if Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is holding up a peace deal in the Middle East to influence the US election. Andy Roesgen reports.
