Trump declares national emergency at US-Mexico border
Trump has signed one of his most significant executive orders by declaring an emergency on the southern border with Mexico. He's vowed to crack down on undocumented crossings, send troops to the border and return migrants to their places of origin. Kristina Simich reports.
