Attacks in Afghanistan are tragically all too common. A suicide bomber killed more than 40 people in Kabul after targeting a Shia cultural centre, and caught in the crossfire was the Afghan Voice news agency. Many of the latest attacks have been claimed by Daesh. And the Taliban is still a force to be reckoned with. So what is the Afghan government doing to improve security?
