Restaurants and stores slowly reopening in California

A new era began for #California earlier this week, as the biggest state in the US lifted most mask rules for vaccinated people and capacity limits for businesses. The state had been criticised by some for having a heavy-handed approach to the Covid-19 pandemic by closing many businesses and schools. TRT World's Martin Markovits reports
