South Korea births at record low for third year
South Korean President Yoon Suk-yeol has called for bold measures to address the country's record-low birth rate. The country is once again the lowest globally with deaths outnumbering newborns for the third year in a row. Analysts say rising living costs and a change in attitudes may be to blame.
