US and EU strike deal to cut Russian gas
The US and the EU have struck a deal to help reduce Europe’s dependence on Russian energy supplies. The US will deliver 15 billion cubic metres of liquid natural gas to the EU this year, and collaborate on developing renewable sources of energy.
