Türkiye has strongly condemned the recent terrorist attack targeting Pakistan’s paramilitary Rangers personnel in Karachi, which killed at least three members of the security force and wounded four.

Türkiye reiterated its steadfast support for Pakistan in its fight against terrorism in all forms.
On June 27, terrorists launched a coordinated assault on a Pakistan Sindh Rangers security facility in Karachi’s Gulistan-e-Jauhar area. Attackers rammed a vehicle laden with explosives into the main gate, triggering a blast, then attempted to breach the perimetre with gunfire and grenades.
Rangers personnel, supported by Special Security Unit and Anti-Terrorist Force units, responded swiftly. Security forces foiled the attack, killing three attackers and capturing at least one injured suspect, according to a statement by the Pakistani military.
Jamaat-ul-Ahrar (JuA), a splinter faction linked to the terrorist group Tehrik-i-Taliban Pakistan (TTP), claimed responsibility for the attack.
Army chief Field Marshall Asim Munir had expressed his "deepest" condolences with the families of the brave soldiers who lost their lives in the attack.
"These sacrifices further reinforce our unwavering commitment to safeguarding our nation at all costs," he added.
On Monday, Pakistan said it had carried out air strikes and ground operations targeting terrorist hideouts in eastern Afghanistan, adding the operation killed 29 terrorists in response to a series of deadly attacks inside Pakistan.
Pakistan’s Information Minister Attaullah Tarar said, "three targets in Paktia, Paktika and Kunar were destroyed during precision strikes", referring to three eastern Afghan provinces.
Pakistan’s Minister Tarar said the operation targeted JuA.
According to Tarar, the strikes formed part of a wider operation that also included intelligence-based ground operations along the Pakistan-Afghanistan border.
Tarar added that the overnight offensive was launched in response to an attack that killed three paramilitary troops in the southern city of Karachi on Saturday, as well as recent violence in Pakistan's border provinces.
Pakistan has seen an uptick in terrorist attacks in recent years, and says neighbouring Afghanistan provides safe havens to terrorist groups. Kabul denies the allegation.
Pakistan has carried out a series of air strikes in Afghanistan in recent months, including one earlier this month.
The border between the neighbouring countries has remained largely closed since violence escalated in October, freezing bilateral trade.
