Marco Simoncelli
Marco Simoncelli is a freelance journalist and photographer. After graduating in journalism, he specialised in topics related to the African continent. For several years he worked as a correspondent in Maputo, Mozambique, where he covered mostly Southern Africa countries. Now he is based in Dakar, Senegal, where he is producing written, photographic and video projects about West Africa and the Sahel issues. He has also worked in Asia and in the Middle East.
