Lincoln Rice
Lincoln Rice has been the Coordinator of the National War Tax Resistance Coordinating Committee (NWTRCC) since 2018 and a war tax resister since 1998. He earned his PhD in Christian Ethics in 2013 from Marquette University. He has published books and articles in the areas of social ethics and racial justice.
